1/3 cup Orange Marmalade
1/2 cup Ketchup
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp light Brown Sugar
1 tsp dry Mustard

In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients over medium-low heat, mixing well. Cook until the sauce is bubbly and the brown sugar is completely melted, stirring occasionally. This simple recipe makes a great sweet and sour sauce for a variety of fish.
